- Master of Special Education, Touro College, New York
- Master of Education, Cambridge College, Boston, MA
- Bachelor of Science, Lehman College, Bronx, NY

Through embracing her place as a compassionate role model, Nasira has built trusting relationships with her students and adult learners. She believes that it is vital for students to feel supported by those entrusted to educate them and understands the value of supporting teachers and effective instruction.
Ms. Waters continues to work towards understanding the whole person. She emphasizes that building a rapport between the facilitator and the learner is key for individuals to internalize and reach success during the training process. The primary focus of FEAST Edu programs is for students in grades 6-9, creating a meaningful education experience for both parents and students, unlike anything else currently offered within the school districts.
When Nasira is not diligently working on educating young people, she can be found playing tennis, skating, reciting spoken word poetry, attending theatre performances, swimming, hanging out with her family and friends and traveling the world.
